Climate Vigil

Venue: Central Hall Bridge, University of York 

Join us for a vigil in York, taking the opportunity to encourage the Church of England to divest from fossil fuels and tackle the climate crisis at its York Synod.

We will be encouraging those entering a Synod session (which will include a vote on the Church of England’s Routemate to Net Zero) to write on a paper leaf what their hopes and fears are around the climate emergency.

The vigil will be family-friendly – all welcome!
