You are invited to join us for Stop Rosebank September

• We plan to be outside the Equinor UK HQ (One Kingdom Street, W2 6BD – 8 mins from Paddington) from Midday to 2pm on each day from Monday 9th September to Friday 13th September.
• We plan to hold a silent vigil there, holding an banner reading ‘Equinor Must Stop Rosebank’. We will also have flyers and some striking images to hold.

WHERE AND WHEN SHALL WE MEET? Each day we will meet at 11.50 at the Northern exit of Paddington Station (next to the canal) at what3words address : ///boost.solo.such https://w3w.co/boost.solo.such. Then walk together to Equinor.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

The UK govt has decided not to defend the legal challenges against Rosebank. The legal cases against Rosebank argue that the previous government approved the field ignoring the huge amounts of climate pollution that it will create. Now, Rosebank’s owner, the Norwegian state owned oil giant Equinor, will decide if it will fight the cases in court or not. We want to send Equinor a strong message that it must Stop Rosebank!
