Every week, Rev Vanessa Elson and some other members of Christian Climate Action hold a vigil outside of parliament in Westminster.

Some people may ask why…

Vigils are often held at times of transitions or crisis, and this is indeed a time of deep crisis that we face.

Vanessa is praying for a spiritual awakening from the Church to tackle the climate emergency and in the video below she explains that she feels this is what the Church is called to do this at this moment.
